1. Agreement to Terms

By booking an adventure tour with Assured Adventure LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

2. Adventure Tour Services

Assured Adventure provides guided outdoor adventure tours including but not limited to mountain expeditions, water adventures, wilderness survival courses, rock climbing, camping expeditions, and photography tours. All tours are conducted by certified professional guides.

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost. Full payment is due 14 days before the tour date. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our cancellation policy.

4. Safety Requirements

Participants must be in good physical condition and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. All participants must follow guide instructions and use provided safety equipment. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

5. Liability and Risk

Adventure activities involve inherent risks. While we maintain comprehensive insurance and safety protocols, participants acknowledge these risks and participate at their own discretion. All participants must sign a liability waiver before tour commencement.

6. Weather and Conditions

Tours may be modified or cancelled due to weather or unsafe conditions. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or full refunds. We reserve the right to make route changes for safety reasons.

7. Equipment and Gear

All necessary safety equipment is provided and must be used as directed. Participants are responsible for personal items and clothing appropriate for the activity and weather conditions.

8. Photography and Media

We may photograph or film tours for promotional purposes. Participants consent to use of their likeness unless they specifically opt out in writing.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Colorado state law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Denver, Colorado.
